Trio Duende Concert and Conversation

The Eureka Chamber Music Series presents its first set of concerts in 2024 with a lively Concert & Conversation featuring Trio Duende. A fresh set of classic and contemporary musical offerings will be interspersed with insights about making music coming directly from the artists. Trio Duende is a piano trio including violinist and Eureka Chamber Music Series artistic director Tom Stone, Avery Fisher Career award-winning cellist Sophie Shao, and Naumberg award-winning pianist Awadagin Pratt. The name "Duende", inspired by Gabriel Garcia Lorca's writing on the subject, is meant to represent the indescribable in art and the human experience.
