Evolution of Water Work in the Mattole Headwaters Tour

Join Sanctuary Forest on Saturday, September 30 from 10am-3pm for the Evolution of Water Work in the Mattole Headwaters Tour, led by Tasha McKee and Cam Thompson. We will visit several restoration sites in the upper Mattole River, discuss the status of salmonids in the Mattole and the history of our work. Meet at our office in Whitethorn: bring lunch, water, layers and sturdy shoes. This hike will be moderate difficulty, short and slow-moving over uneven ground with time for discussion. Carpooling will be an option. This hike is free, though donations are accepted. To RSVP, contact [email protected] or (707)986-1087x9#.
