2024 Dementia Care Conference — Person-Centered Approaches in Dementia Care: Enhancing Quality of Life

HSRC’s Adult Day Health & Alzheimer’s Services invites you to register for the 2024 Dementia Care Conference — Person-Centered Approaches in Dementia Care: Enhancing Quality of Life on Thursday. This day-long conference will provide professionals in health care, long-term care, social services, and family caregivers with education on optimizing care for people living with dementia. Expert speakers will discuss a variety of topics focused on the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those with dementia. Lunch and 5.75 CEUs are included in the conference fee.
