Humboldt’s queer past gets a glow-up for Pride Month at Drag Me to the Museum, happening Saturday, June 27, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Clarke Historical Museum ($40, $30 museum members and those in drag). The evening features performances by local drag stars, including Komboujia, Glitterous Clitterous and Mr. Gino, as well as mini-exhibits on Humboldt’s queer history, including Victorian-era drag and a Two-Spirits display on loan from the Wiyot Cultural Center. Living histories, costumes, photos, complimentary snacks and a no-host bar round out the fun.
