A federal judge will hear oral arguments a week from today June 9 on the Eureka and Arcata Youth Protection Acts — the DOJ-challenged measures heartily approved by voters last November to ban military recruiters from hitting up minors to join the military.

Whatever the outcome of Tuesday’s hearing, the people of Arcata and Eureka continue to demand that the United States of America “Stop Recruiting Kids!” in their communities.
