carbon can be preserved in a 2×4 inside my house as well. Do I get carbon credits? Fact is, young, fast growing trees pack more carbon away from the atmosphere than old trees. Cut em down, store the carbon in lumber, and plant new ones if you really think you’re doing anything to save us.
