I would suggest, you check with County Planning, to see if the Concert you are promoting, is a authorized one. The Humboldt Hoedown was not. Nothing was authorized by the Planning Commission, and the public (neighbors) were not allowed to have any say for this non permited event at the Southern Humboldt Community Park.
