It’s not handcrafted. They are using Drupal which comes with an aggregator module to which you can add whatever feeds you’d like.

I’m pretty sure that feed is hand crafted.
I guess I don’t know what you mean by handcrafted. The framework is a simple Drupal module. What they choose to pull in to it is certainly handcrafted in that they decide what gets displayed. But I doubt they built a new piece of software to do that. Why would they?

Bob, there was parody’s of the local blogs on it. Putting your cursor over the fake news, brought you the photos, not actual blogs. It was rather humorous.
