Black smoke is pouring from a structure in the 200 block of Center Street in Rio Dell. Reports over the scanner indicate that the fire which began around 9:30 a.m. is in danger of spreading to other structures.
UPDATE 9:59 a.m.: Witnesses are reporting that the smoke is dying back and firefighters appear to be getting the fire under control.
