For what it’s worth, I write about HWC finances in this week’s paper. I didn’t ask Mark to “open his books,” but he answered every question I had forthrightly and his answers checked out.

Mark needs to be forthright. He set high standards for everybody else, he to must meet those standards. HWC must “open the books” because thats ALL he’s going to hear if he doesn’t. Be it right or wrong, thats all he will hear.
Green wheels might get support from the motorcycling community since they are also often overlooked by drivers. Of course, sometimes there are issues with bicycles and motorcyclists also being unaware but that is for another day…..
