As the June 2 primary approaches, California’s Second Congressional District needs bold leadership.
For too long, incumbent Jared Huffman has operated as a cautious politician. His reliance on corporate political action committee (PAC) donations leaves local concerns secondary to big business and foreign interests.
Rose Penelope Yee offers a refreshing contrast. By refusing PAC funds, she ensures her only accountability is to the voters. Her platform strongly supports universal healthcare through Medicare for All, prioritizing everyday citizens over corporate lobbying.
Our community deserves a brave, morally sound representative who reflects a modern, forward-thinking Democratic Party. I encourage everyone to research Rose Penelope Yee before casting their ballots.
