HURRAH!!!
At last, we residents will be listened to by a smart, fair, citizen minded Supervisor unlike the one trick pony side show of the outgoing political hack who never met a business deal or person for whom he didn’t carrywater, so to speak.
There will soon be possible reappointment’s to the MMAC board. The outgoing supervisor has already stacked that board with nothing but small minded, greedy, selfish business men and the women who acquiesce to whatever the men say. This current board has dismissed, been rude to and far too arrogant toward regular citizens whenever we sought help. Sadly and unfortunately, these upcoming appointments happen before we get a much more fair minded representative. Just as that crazy bastard in the White House is doing to the Supreme Court, the board is stacked against democracy, decency and fairness.
Too bad we will lose any voice on the Coastal Commission but when the voice has no ears for us regular folks, he really wasn’t doing us any good.
It takes a helluva lot more than just being a Native American to be qualified.
