R.W. Evans may be spot-on in saying that the placement of Linda Wise’s sculpture is spot-on (“Art Beat,” Jan. 6). But the Journal‘s copy editors were definitely not spot-on in allowing the art to remain “at the intersection of Broadway and Myrtle.”

You are correct: Hwy 101 changes its name as it changes direction on its way through Eureka, so the horse sculpture is in fact near the corner of 5th and Myrtle. (A more “spot-on” corrective letter might have included the correct information.)
