This cartoon demonstrates a lot of truth in how some drivers in our area believe they are in the right by their actions creating an unsafe environment for pedestrians. On few streets, like H & I and 4th & 5th Streets in Eureka they should just establish pullover lanes for drive-thru citations. Have a police officer one a raise pedestal and they only need to point at you and you go a couple blocks to receive your citation for driving too fast or using your cell phone, two of the most common mistakes seen.
