The same day Alito uttered that nonsense, a majority of the Supreme Court justices (including the Harvard-educated chief justice) made it known that they think forcing the disclosure of dark money donors would be akin to forcing disclosure of the NAACP membership in 1958 (NAACP v Alabama).
