NAZA is a 2026 documentary about the ongoing genocide in Palestine inflicted by the Israeli government and military and abetted by our own government and private arms industry. Produced by the Guardian newspaper in Britain, it has caused such a stir in the international scene — it was not allowed to be screened in Israel — that some current leaders in “the only democracy in the Middle East” have threatened to revoke the citizenship of its Israeli creators, Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor. Shine a Light on Palestine is presenting a screening at the Minor Theatre at 7 p.m., so come and see and decide for yourself while it is still legal to do so here in what the late Dick Cheney called “the oldest democracy in the world.” Tickets are a sliding scale $10-$20.
