The Coast Guard and Humboldt Bay Fire has responded with rescue swimmers to the scene on Humboldt Bay where a truck, possibly with several occupants, entered the water and became submerged around 2 p.m., this afternoon, Redheaded Blackbelt reports. Read more about the rescue here.
