According to a release from the North Coast Unified Air Quality Management District and its partners, Humboldt is looking at a range of unhealthy smoke from surrounding wildfires for today and tomorrow. Weitchpec and Hoopa are forecast to have “hazardous” air quality. Orleans, Willow Creek, Hayfork are all forecast to have “very unhealthy” air quality. Weaverville, Ruth, Zenia-Kettenpom and Trinity Pines are in the “unhealthy to very unhealthy” zones, while Trinity Center remains in the “unhealthy” range.
