  1. Fed Ex Ground dropped two heavy boxes at my door step a couple of weeks ago. They were from Propertyroom.com, addressed to the previous resident who had been evicted over a grow. I had no idea how to contact the previous resident and after Fed Ex failed to pick up the boxes after three phone calls, I decided to open the boxes and donate the contents to a thrift store. The boxes contained a pair of grow light ballasts, which I gave to the Youth Service Bureau’s thrift store on Henderson and F streets.
