The Lost Coast Outpost is reporting that the Humboldt Transit Authority will require passengers to pay for bus fares again starting Monday, May 18.
About 80 percent of the HTA’s bus routes will be operational next week. Passengers will also be able to enter buses through the front doors again as the company purchased facial coverings and plexiglass shields for its drivers.
