UPDATE 4:49 p.m.: According to a Humboldt Bay Fire official on the scene, they have a witness that said the Prius was driving east on Harris and ran the light and was hit by the truck towing a boat. The truck was headed south on H Street.
The female driver of the Prius was transported to the hospital.
Please note that H Street, south of Harris, is completely blocked at that intersection.
Right before 4:30 p.m., a blue Prius and a pickup with an overhead camper pulling a boat collided.
H Street is blocked near Harris as a result. Avoid the area if possible as traffic is slow on surrounding streets.
The Incident Commander requested an ambulance respond Code 2 for the driver of the Prius with an injured arm.
