It’ll be at Redwood Acres, in the Home Arts building, at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, Jan. 8). Doors open at either 4:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. (Conflicting reports.) You’d better be there on time, we’d guess.
Keep it tuned to the Blogthing for more details.
UPDATE, WEDNESDAY 12:30 p.m.: See here.
This article appears in Unlike Mike.

I’m gonna guess it was because of the close proximity to The Banana Hut Hawaiian Barbecue. Sticking with my President Clinton and dining while Hillary is away theory.
Go Bananas
Conflicting reports = final final?
Yep. We’re still waiting for the final final final.
Where have you been Hank?
¿Qué?
I was depending on Bill choosing the Chalet House of Omelets. Now I need another excuse to go there.
King’s Table.
Happy Doughnuts?
Maybe PORTER STREET BBQ?
You’re missing it. The obvious location is Humboldt State University. It’s not just a traditional environment for former presidents, it’s a controlled environment — a theater, security cameras sprinkled across campus, its own police force and a sympathetic audience in a sympathetic town.
The question isn’t, “Why Redwood Acres?” The question is, “Why not HSU?” It’s a big snub.
Anyone interested in discussing this poorly planned and implemented event can e-mail and call KHUM this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. as this will be the main topic of that day’s program (besides music of course).
For the record we arrived at 2:40 p.m. and were left out in the cold.

Lots of people were pissed.
I am the voice on the youtube link. Listen again. We had just filled the building, but the fire chief was letting us bring more people in to the building. We have more info up over at Carol and Greg’s, including a photo of the organizers of this event.
