A very interesting loophole. I wonder what the property looks like around where these people with allergies live? Do they live on a barren lot, with no vegetation? Do they live in a bubble, and only expose themselves when they leave their house? I would have never made the connection between a Doctor’s note, and a Redwood tree’s removal from existence.
I hope none of the buyers for the Redwood Ranch Development have allergies!
