The Humboldt County Elections Office has issued its first post election report, adding about 21,000 votes to the tally, with 54,741 votes counted thus far, representing about 64.63 percent of registered voters.

Here’s a rundown of the results so far in the races for city council, open seats on the Humboldt Bay Harbor and Conservation District and local ballots measures.

Arcata City Council (three seats)
Stacy Atkins-Salazar — 4,022 votes (26.00 percent)
Gregory Daggett — 1,153 votes (7.45 percent)
Shea Love Freedomhowler — 806 votes (5.21 percent)
Dana Quillman — 559 votes (3.61 percent)
Sarah Schaefer — 3,615 votes (23.37 percent)
Genevieve Serna — 2,410 votes (15.58 percent)
Alexandra Stillman — 2,893 votes (18.70 percent)

Blue Lake City Council (three seats)
Christopher Edgar — 186 votes (13.11 percent)
Christopher Guy Firor — 202 votes (14.24 percent)
Adelene Jones — 214 votes (15.08 percent)
Michelle Lewis Lusso — 251 votes (17.69 percent)
Katheryn Napier — 215 (15.15 percent)

Wilfred Franklin — 4,441 votes (47.18 percent)
Jack Norton — 4,971 votes (52.82 percent)

Ballot Measures
Measure D: Would impose a special tax to fund Kneeland Fire Protection District services. Yes: 256 (73.14 percent). No: 94 (26.86 percent)
Measure E: Would impose a special tax to fund Peninsula Community Services District fire services. 121 (82.31 percent). No: 26 (17.69 percent)
Measure F: Would enact zoning changes to protect Eureka municipal parking lots from development and rezone the former Jacobs Middle School campus. 2,868 (30.34 percent). No: 6,586 (69.66 percent)
Measure G: Would renew a special parcel tax to fund Arcata School District services. 2,090 (77.41 percent). No: 610 (22.59 percent)
Measure H: Would impose a 0.75-percent sales tax in Arcata to fund city services. 4,162 (63.29 percent). No: 2,414 (36.71 percent)
*Measure I: Would allow the Redwoods Community College District to issue up to $120 million in school bonds. 29,540 (57.64 percent). No: 21,711 (42.36 percent)
*Measure J: Would allow the Ferndale Unified School District to issue up to $9.8 million in school bonds. 734 (53.50 percent). No: 638 (46.50 percent)
*Measure K: Would allow the Cutten School District to issue up to $5 million in school bonds. 1,279 (57.69 percent). No: 938 (42.31 percent)
Measure L: Would extend a 0.75-percent sales tax in Trinidad to fund city services Yes: 124 (67.03 percent). No: 61 (32.97 percent)
Measure M: Would increase the appropriations limit for the Arcata Fire Protection District for existing revenue. 11,158 (74.39 percent). No: 3,841 (25.61 percent)
*Measure N: Would allow the McKinleyville Union School District to issue up to $18.5 million in school bonds. 4,222 (60.36 percent). No: 2,773 (39.64 percent)
Measure O: Would impose a 1-percent sales tax countywide to support county services, including road repairs and emergency response. Yes: 32,809 (63.04 percent). No: 19,236 (36.96 percent)
Measure P: Would impose a 0.75-percent sales tax in Fortuna to fund city services. Yes: 1,819 (41.94 percent). No: 2,518 (58.06 percent)

*Requires a 55-percent vote to pass.
