The Humboldt County Elections Office has issued its first post election report, adding about 2,539 votes to the tally, with 33,956 votes counted thus far, representing about 40.07 percent of registered voters.
The elections office reported yesterday that about 34,000 ballots remained to be counted, saying it will release updates Fridays until all votes are counted.
Here’s a rundown of the results so far in the races for city council, open seats on the Humboldt Bay Harbor and Conservation District and local ballots measures.
Arcata City Council (three seats)
Stacy Atkins-Salazar — 2,083 votes (25.89 percent)

Measure D: Would impose a special tax to fund Kneeland Fire Protection District services. Yes: 137 (68.50 percent). No: 63 (31.50 percent)
Measure E: Would impose a special tax to fund Peninsula Community Services District fire services. 48 (76.19 percent). No: 15 (23.81 percent)
Measure F: Would enact zoning changes to protect Eureka municipal parking lots from development and rezone the former Jacobs Middle School campus. 1,918 (31.39 percent). No: 4,193 (68.61 percent)
Measure G: Would renew a special parcel tax to fund Arcata School District services. 2,090 (77.41 percent). No: 610 (22.59 percent)
Measure H: Would impose a 0.75-percent sales tax in Arcata to fund city services. 2,104 (61.31 percent). No: 1,328 (38.69 percent)
*Measure I: Would allow the Redwoods Community College District to issue up to $120 million in school bonds. 17,600 (54.94 percent). No: 14,436 (45.06 percent)

Measure M: Would increase the appropriations limit for the Arcata Fire Protection District for existing revenue. 6,185 (71.85 percent). No: 2,423 (28.15 percent)
*Measure N: Would allow the McKinleyville Union School District to issue up to $18.5 million in school bonds. 2,460 (57.61 percent). No: 1,810 (42.39 percent)
Measure O: Would impose a 1-percent sales tax countywide to support county services, including road repairs and emergency response. Yes: 20,142 (61.90 percent). No: 12,398 (38.10 percent)
Measure P: Would impose a 0.75-percent sales tax in Fortuna to fund city services. Yes: 1,291 (42.95 percent). No: 1,715 (57.05 percent)
*Requires a 55-percent vote to pass.
