California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control agents and Arcata police officers posted notices at Toby and Jack’s and Sidelines Sports Bar today after the owner unsuccessfully appealed the bars’ licenses being revoked.
ABC filed accusations against both businesses following a five-month-long investigation into drug dealing at both locations. Today’s action follows a lengthy process of administrative hearings and appeals dating back to 2018.
