Yet again, not a single plant-based burger?! (Burger Week, Sept. 24.) I know people love their beef. But at this point, it is truly irresponsible to not even acknowledge the environmental impact of it. This is a chance to encourage folks to try something new! Promoting our local restaurants and environmental responsibility are not mutually exclusive.
