I read with interest the Dec. 13 article “The Housing Games.” In the mid-1970s, I coordinated a student survey on Humboldt State University campus for the Humboldt Tenants Union, under the umbrella of HSU student governments. Survey results back then identified pretty much the same issues covered in your recent article.
