I am so pleased to have the occasion to thank the North Cast Journal for their cover story, “#WeWillNotBeErased,” (Nov. 8). It was wonderful to see positive and informative coverage of a reality that is, on the whole, kept under the covers. I would like also to thank the three beautiful people who shared their thoughts and experience with openness and strength. Kudos to all and I hope this opens the door to more media coverage of this kind. The only things that belong in a closet are your clothes.
