I never heard about any of Rob Arkley’s ambitious plans at public meetings or in press releases from the City Manager, and Dave Tyson didn’t broach the subject in his recent KINS interview. Rail boosters can’t seem to articulate how it’s going to work, and Tyson can’t explain why he’s spending time and money gathering public support in the region. This has all made me somewhat skeptical.
