in your Little Red Corvette
with the floral interior,
like Crimson and Clover,
you manage to catch the Green Light

en route to a White Wedding
at the house of worship
with Gold on the Ceiling

where sits outside a Pink Cadillac
dragging Silver Bells,
prepared to take the young rockers
with the Brown Eyes

past Fields of Gray
to the Yellow Submarine hotel
floating atop Black Water

vows taken, you chase a slice of cake
with a can of Orange Crush
before climbing up Violet Hill

past the Pink Houses surrounded
by Lavender Forever,
to dance in the Purple Rain
