Some 400 people — winners all, really — showed up in their royal finery at the Inn at 2nd & C Friday night for the Journal‘s Best of Humboldt party. They posed on the red carpet, sipped in the bar, mingled in the balcony, danced to DJ Natty P, took selfies on a throne and nibbled a catered spread by Best Chef Josh Wiley.
