Former Humboldt Country resident Dean Flint, now living in Idaho, provided this creative Inked Hearts 2025 art work as a gift to Ted and Amy Marks. He and several others from out of the area ended up blocked by snowstorms from attending the event. -
Event organizers Amy and Ted Marks from Nor Cal Tattoo in Arcata revealed big changes as they have fully taken over Inked Hearts management but the venue remains the same inside the Sapphire Palace at the Blue Lake Casino. -
