Bob Doran wrote a much more complete piece at http://www.northcoastjournal.com/issues/2009/06/25/water-world/. Out of the many interviews about the Waterpod, the NCJ piece was one of the best.
PS Carolyn Zeibig is one of Humboldt’s most consummate copy-editors. I’m not sure if she is looking for a job in that area… but if so, hire her!
