So, help me understand … the White House can coordinate a national strategy to counteract protests, most of which are peaceful, but refuses to take any responsibility for coordinating a national strategy to handle the pandemic which is causing so many deaths and suffering? (Mailbox, July 23.)
Please, explain that to me.
