The McKinleyville and Humboldt Bay Fire Community Emergency Response Team and the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office deputies helped the county emergency operations center distribute more than 10,000 PPE units to 42 local first responder agencies.

According to a HumCo COVID Facebook post,  “McKinleyville and Humboldt Bay Fire Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteers met on Friday with EOC Logistics staff and Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office deputies to load up more than 10,000 PPE units that were delivered to 42 local first responder agencies.”
