Gary Lee Stotter was killed while crossing 4th in the A Street crosswalk by Alex Garcia Campos who was driving his Mustang at about 50 mph. Judging by the skid mark (which was beyond the crosswalk), Garcia Campos didn’t didn’t see his victim until his car struck him.
This is one of many reasons that I take such a dim view of the morons who race on H and I streets and otherwise drive too fast on our streets.
