A heads-up to the local Chamber of Commerce: Oak-town appears to be eyeballing Humboldt County’s own legalization contingency plan. OU cofounder Richard Lee “says his ultimate goal is to place Oakland on the map as a West Coast version of Amsterdam.” Hmm. Maybe we can be the West Coast’s Freetown Christiana? SHARE
