Stephanie Perrett has been offering yoga classes in the community for a decade or so and loves it more all the time. Yoga practice on Zoom is not so bad. Join us, you might like it! The class will be gentle movement interspersed with short periods of silence. No experience necessary. Show up with curiosity and a mat if you have one!
