Yoga with Miguel

This class focuses on traditional Hatha and Raja yoga using an AYAMA approach (applied yoga anatomy and muscle activation). This yoga class is not focused on flexibility, instead we will use muscle activation techniques to help improve the body's strength, stability, and mobility.
