Operating Engineers Local #3 District 40 is supporting Virginia Bass for Fourth District supervisor in the 2018 election. Virginia has been a staunch supporter of job creation in Humboldt County and has worked tirelessly to bring more projects to our area. In her position as vice president of the California State Association of Counties, she has worked closely with labor unions on legislation that benefits all workers.
