Imagine, if you will, a small market TV station owned by a person on the other side of the country. Imagine that station in the middle of a cow field, housed in a metal shed. Now imagine the 20-year old equipment, the ancient remote van rattling by with the rust showing on the back. Imagine what kind of operating budget a station like that might have. Imagine salaries that would only attract entry-level talent, fresh out of college who want to get their foot in the door, get a little real experience.
How did you do at your first professional job? Did you make mistakes? Did you have an over-infalted sense of your own importance? Were you convinced you were going to change the world?
I'm not sure what people are expecting to get here in market One Hundred Ninety Whatever. Because this looks about right to me. I think if we're going to say nasty thing, we might want to re-evaluate which entity we should be saying nasty things about.

I really liked the Red Hawk when I tried it at a Co-Op class earlier this month. It's complex as hell, and it's great with dark beer. My boyfriend hated it.
