Absolutely brilliant. Sustainability absolutely requires that the program be worth enacting, and I'm glad someone is finally pointing that out as it relates to the scale of cannabis farms. In no way shape or form is committing to meeting the stringent requirements and being held accountable to those commitments in ways that *no other industry* would consider is in no way "getting a pass". It's quite certain that a high percentage won't make the cut, but the options presented by CCVH's opposition have been so poorly though out as to guarantee the program's failure and a continuation of the black market, with all the environmental and social ills that it brings with it. Thank you for shedding some clarity on the issue, and for using data and analysis rather than hyperbolae and emotional reactionism.
