Horror

London conservationist Adam and his wife Clare move with their infant son to a remote house near the Irish forest. The family soon finds their new neighbors unwelcoming. They discover a gruesome "zombie fungus" growing in the house. The nearby woods spew forth a terrifying array of folkloric banshees, baby snatchers and demons. The film is awash in the otherworldly atmosphere of a dark fairy tale. "The Hallow" cleverly toys with horror film conventions while showing some of the most terrifying creatures in years.
