I use to work under Lorena she doesn't care for the resident.this women never went to see them she always understaffed all but morning shifts. Her schedule 4 on 2 off doesn't work. She promises you one thing and does the complete opposit. Does anyone remember the law suit a few years back against a sister facility in fortuna? Cost a lot of money did it not? Well from what I understood that was because Lorena ran the facility down like she always does, but they got caught, just like she is doing at seaview. She does not have the well-being of her residents nor her staff. Her staff has to get hurt before dangerous equipment will be replaced or fixed. I loved helping my resident I despised my administrator for her heart was not with the staff nor residents that resides there. She wanted minimal care with the most resident. When Roger ran the facility it was a totally different facility, and when they replaced it with her it destroyed the building and all those in it.
