Sunday Cacao Circle with Traditional Music
An evening of medicine songs and a Cacao circle hosted by Justin Dzuban.
We will be exploring the heart space of subtlety and motion of energetic movement through song and a ceremonial cup of beautiful cacao sourced from Ecuador.
Within the thousands of compounds in cacao that stimulate our neuropaths, promote increased oxygen to our brains and high levels of magnesium which help relax our muscular systems, it allows us to open our heart center to experience the present.
