Actually, it was done. It took years of compromise, hard work, and public input, and you weren't there for most of that process, but it was done. YOU helped torpedo it. YOU voted to send it back to the planning commission. Don't tell me it isn't as easy as it looks. We know it isn't easy. YOU made it harder. HumCPR and the developers that funded your election weren't happy with the compromise document, so you and the rest of the gang of four sent it back to the drawing board. YOU could have voted to approve it two years ago.
