Stress is the number one killer & cause of cancer.
Wouldn't it be better to combat stress caused by politians robbing us blind & for inducing parental roles where they have no business doing so.
I suggest he reread the contract signed by the very limited and defined government with we the people.

Good news to hear. I wish it could happen sooner.
Has anyone looked into the shipping container apartments? Pick them up cheap, have college kids pimp them out for work credit, and they're livable within a month. With recyclable materials, donations, team efforts, and a design contest, they wouldn't be an eyesore either.
They are already insulated, how thick the insulation is a matter of cost.
