I find it appalling that a cna would leave a bathroom in that condition. We also employ housekeepers that clean the rooms daily and as a manager I have room rounds to make sure the needs of the residents are being met. It's called team work what a great idea people working together. A lot of people find fault with the man who owns our buildings I find fault with our fabulous elected officials and the people who stand on a soap box and talk poop about something they have never done before. I would like to see them work for 8 hours side by side with our aides then let them comment about how our residents are being treated. And if for some strange reason the family's members think they can do a better job take your parents home. Let's see if you can be as understanding and caring as our staff when you have to clean up after them feed them and hold them when they cry because your not there. Without our facilities alot of elderly people would have no where to call home. The captain of our ship makes sure we have all the supplies needed to care for our residents. I am proud to say that I work in a great facility we are a team.
