Redwood Coast Up in Smoke BBQ Competition

When: Sat., June 10, 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. 2017
Price: $35, $25 ages 13-17, $10 ages 6-12, free for kids 5 and under
4th Annual Up in Smoke BBQ Competition will be held at Blue Lake Casino and Hotel. Attendees can expect to fill up on all-you-can eat samples of ribs and chicken, painstakingly prepared by the competitors. There will be a judged event, as well as a People's Choice Award, allowing competitors to see where they stack up with professional judges, as well as with the public. This event is now sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, a national organization dedicated to promoting and enjoying BBQ. There will also be a Kid's Zone, courtesy of the Redwood Discovery Museum. Tickets will be available soon through Eventbrite. Prices for Entry and All-You-Can Eat BBQ Samples: $35 Adults 18 and Over $25 Ages 13-17 $10 Ages 6-12 5 and under are FREE!
